How do I schedule a consultation?
If you are ready to schedule your first visit, you can either book directly online or call us. You'll receive extra 50 bonus loyalty points every time you schedule an appointment online.
Why do I need a credit card to book an appointment?
We ask for a credit card to secure every appointment. We appreciate when our patients show up! And on time! If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice there is a late cancel fee of $50. If you completely no show, the fee is $200.
Can I text you?
Yes! We receive texts to our main number at both locations during business hours. If you reply to an appointment confirmation we will receive the message! If it is in the middle of the night, we will get it when we arrive the next day.
What if I'm running late?
Please call or text us! We usually can juggle our schedule to make it happen. We truly appreciate your efforts to deal with Seattle and Eastside traffic!
