Dr. Otto, a Seattle native and University of Washington graduate, has dedicated 22 rewarding years to private practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology, finding great satisfaction in bringing new lives into the world. Her expertise, grounded in early research on collagen biology and cancer gene therapy, now focuses on innovative, natural treatments to combat the aging process.

In 2019, she expanded her commitment to holistic well-being by opening Glow Medispa in Kirkland. At Glow, Dr. Otto continues to deliver the highest quality of care, offering the same compassion and expertise she would want for herself and her family. Outside of her practice, she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband, two teenagers, and two dogs.

Rachel is a Master Esthetician and Master Hydrafacialist with over a decade of experience, specializing in acne and corrective skin care. With an additional certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, she integrates holistic health principles into her skincare approach, ensuring clients achieve glowing skin from the inside out. A true product aficionado, Rachel is always on the lookout for the latest and greatest in skincare innovations.

Her favorite treatments include the Platinum Hydrafacial and microneedling, both of which deliver exceptional results. In her free time, she enjoys cooking nutrient dense meals, lifting weights, and drinking a cup of coffee with her cat, Baby, on her lap.

Traci brings more than 20 years of experience in the fitness world. She previously owned Fly Fitness in Kirkland until it closed in 2020—a journey that taught her valuable lessons about the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and the day-to-day realities of business operations. Her hands-on experience running a small business has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to build, manage, and sustain a successful venture.

Traci is passionate about supporting women-owned businesses and is thrilled to be a part of the Glow Medispa team.

When she's not working, Traci loves spending time with her grandbabies and enjoys relaxing with her husband, Jeff, and their dog, Maple, at their lake house in Chelan.

Kristin entered the esthetics industry as a career change and became a licensed esthetician in 2010. She began her career at a Las Vegas resort spa and went on to earn her Master license after moving to Washington. She has since worked at an established medical spa as well as a dermatology practice, where she helped clients achieve their skincare goals. She joined Glow in 2024 and enjoys caring for patients while sharing her passion for skincare.

In her spare time, she enjoys barre classes, cycling, hiking, and exploring the PNW with her husband.

Whitney moved to the Pacific Northwest from Los Angeles in December 2018 and she loves the natural beauty of the area. After graduating with her Bachelors in Communication Studies, she worked for 5 years at Nordstrom in the Wedding Suite. Whitney was awarded the highest Nordstrom employee honor, Allstar, for her proficiency and superb customer service. She is able to communicate and connect with a diverse range of people and cater to each customer’s needs. Whitney loves dancing, scary movies, and her two Pugeranians, Chester and Lucy! “I thoroughly love expanding my knowledge and learning the field of aesthetics!”
