I've been coming here a little over a year for facials and Botox or Dysport for teeth grinding issues. Everyone has been great! I signed up for the monthly membership which saves me some on the Botox/Dysport along with the manufacturer point system. The new hydrafacial offering is my favorite facial!
Fantastic!! I am not used to having so much time spent on my face. The staff are amazing and my skin looks so much better.
Everyone here, from the minute you walk in, is so professional and welcoming. I had Kimberly and she was excellent! Made the experience so fun and she did an awesome job! They really care about doing a great job for you here. I will always be a repeat customer here. Such a great experience.
I cannot say enough about how much I love the staffs (especially Joanna and Paige). They're very professional, friendly, and always make my appointments so enjoyable.Joanne (Front Desk) always goes above and beyond. She was quick to respond to all my questions/concerns and then booked an appointment as soon as possible. You will not be disappointed.Paige (PA-C) is an expert with high standards.She’s given valuable input on what she believes I need after listening to my concerns. And the result comes out amazing, more than what I was expecting.

Very professional , excellent customer service, and outstanding cosmetic procedure. I had a facial, the Ultimate Glow Treatment , it was a very positive experience thanks to the skills of Fiona. She did a wonderful job explaining before, during and after everything that she was doing and what I should expect during the following days after the facial. Fiona is very professional and I was impressed with how clean and well maintained the spa is, just like a medical office with attention to cleanliness details. It has been only 24 hours since my facial and I already notice a marked improvement of my skin. I look forward to visiting again for follow up facials.

I’m fairly new to Glow but have been pleased with the honesty received rather than trying to sell me procedures that would not deliver the result I needed an actual surgeon for. They do not overuse/oversell Botox just to make money. Sitting with me and the hand mirror helps me understand real results and expectations from procedures. They didn’t allow me to just buy a procedure without looking at my skin first. Highly recommend.

I’ve been to glow spa 3 times for genius microneedling and I’m so pleased with the results. There’s a lift and the plump after look I was wanting. Dr. Otto spent so much time walking me through the procedure. The spa offers an array of options for all ages, making you comfortable with whatever you decide.

This may be one of my favorite places in Seattle! Everyone is so welcoming and funny - it's almost like you feel like part of the team each time you go. Aside from how very lovely all staff members have been, a shout out to Hannah who has transformed my face through microneedling, botox and filler. She is amazing at what she does! She is so thorough to ensure the absolute best result. Overall I really cannot recommend this medispa more highly! They are the best!
As far as injections go, Hannah is the best I've ever had. She is meticulous and very knowledgeable in the art of medical esthetics. The building is clean and inviting. Reception staff is on top of their game with phone calls and messages through Google. I appreciate that they also have an app for booking and information. I seriously wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have had fractional laser besides the bbl. They absolutely are not into high pressure sales which I really like and are honest about what you can expect. They don’t make promises they can’t deliver. Rachel is so sweet and kind and so is Dr. Otto.

Shanti is such an incredible aesthetic nurse. I was nervous to have my blood drawn ahead of a PRP microneedling procedure and she was so fast, painless, and understanding. My face is happy and it’s not just the smile. Rachel does wonders for the skin. She is a true professional and understands her craft. Her knowledge and skills came through with amazing results. Dr. Otto’s recommendations were very helpful and improved my skin as well. I would not be where I am without the help from these two. I had facials and treatments for 4 months before I moved out of state and could not continue with them any more. The spa is easy on the eyes and has a positive energy. I was always greeted as soon as I came in the door and treated professionally with every encounter.

Yesterday was my first visit to Glow Medispa in Kirkland. The environment is very sleek with an ambient atmosphere that instantly puts one at ease. There are no aggressive sales tactics and information is openly provided based on interest.
Prior, I have gone to the same practice for 30 years, but late last year relocated to Washington. I had a teen facial this weekend. My experience was amazing! I was treated kindly, and the spa itself was clean and modern. I was evaluated on my skin type, and my facial was altered to fit my needs. My skin is happy with less pimples, and is still glowing after three days! I’m so excited for my next one!

I had a Vi Peel last week. My skin started to slow peel on day 3 and I'm on day 6 of 7 day plan. I already notice that my skin is soft. I really like the experience of the process and using the Vi app.This location is brand new and it's beautiful.
